Evolution of internet Technologies: From Web 1.0 to Web 3.0

Hope everyone is keeping amazing!!!!

So todays topic is the Evolution of internet Technologies from Web 1.0 to 3.0. You know as a classic GenZ I have never really thought about the evolution of the internet so this topic is quite interesting for you young people who only know about modern day technology and how easy we have it. Literally any question we have about anything we can find the answer almost instantly on the internet. We are extremely lucky!

 Lets dive in and learn how people lived before chat gpt and google... So Web 1.0 is the Static Web, it is from the 1990s to early 2000s. 2.0 is from mid20s to present and 3.0 is the emerging, or the future.

• Web 1.0 is the first generation of the internet, primarily consisting of static websites, these were websites that were simple HTML pages consisting of just text and images. Content was fixed. Websites were like a digital brochure, users could only read information on the web because there was no interaction.

• Web 2.0 brought a big change to the internet, turning it from simple, static pages into a place where people can interact and create content. With the rise of things like social media, dynamic websites, and online apps, the internet became much more engaging and collaborative, allowing users to connect and share in new ways.

• Web 3.0 is still developing, but it's all about changing the internet to give users more control. Instead of big companies owning all the data, Web 3.0 wants to make things more decentralized, so users can control their own information. It also focuses on allowing people to interact directly with each other and creating smarter, more immersive experiences online.
