I hope you all enjoyed reading my first blog and I am excited to get going on my second blog and discuss if the South East of Ireland is a good place to invest for a tech company?!?!

Well I am going to start off by giving you my opinion about this. I do think the South East of Ireland is a good place to invest for tech companies because most big companies are located in the capital of Ireland, Dublin. I am sure most of you are aware that Dublin is nottttt affordable to live in at the moment. Rent is outrageous and public transport has hit an all time low!!!! 

I think more people will want to locate outside of Dublin and the South East is the perfect place because it is still not that far from Dublin but it is cheaper, there is more space and I do think there is a better sense of community in different locations around the South East. I believe a tech company would be very successful as there would be a huge amount of skilled people available to work so yes!! I think it is perfect to invest in. 

Companies need to branch out of Dublin and set up in other places because Dublin is simply not appealing anymore!! It would be cheaper for companies to rent and build Offices in the South East also can we just talk about the most amazing beaches, walks, mountains, countryside, and GREAT people.... More benefits (less serious ones).
